By completing the following form you understand that you are entering into a contract with Circle K for an ‘Employee Affinity Fuel Card(s)’ and that you are solely liable for any costs concerned. Aerlingus is not a party to this contract and has no responsibility either directly or indirectly for settlement of any individual accounts and/or for the resolution of any disputes over billing/ rates between Circle K and you.
